Like many people, I started as a skinny lad
But that’s what motivated me to start bodybuilding.
Many of my friends would make fun of my skinny figure when I was a kid and teen.
I would always get negative comments about my physique every single day…
But that’s what motivated me to start bodybuilding.
So I got in the gym, put in the work, and after months and years, I got the body I wanted.
Years of relentless bodybuilding and pursuit to be better have led me down the path I’m on today.
I competed at the highest amateur standard of UK bodybuilding, placing at every single show that I competed in a T.
After a long background of competing and nearly hitting the pro-level physique – I decided I wanted to maintain an incredible physique but still enjoy myself…
I eventually became an online coach to help others achieve the same.
But there are some mistakes I wish I knew sooner, and that’s why I made this Coaching Ethos.
I also believe there’s more to fitness than being a coach.
There are some things that I’m able to get and give as a coach that I would never be able to in any other career.
But my main goal in this Coaching Ethos is to get guys all around the world the level of results that they want and deserve.
I’ve invested £1000’s into the highest elite level courses out there in the industry to ensure I am at the top of my game and deliver the best results possible.
